SHIPPING

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATIC CONFIRMATION WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. ALL CUSTOMERS AGREE TO PAY IN FULL FOR ALL ITEMS BEFORE SHIPMENT IS RECEIVED.

PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING. WE WILL EMAIL YOU WITH UPDATES AND TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ITEMS HAVE SHIPPED. IN AN EVENT THAT A PRODUCT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

DAMAN BAATH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT. ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED ARE ASSUMED BY THE COURIER.

WE SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES, PLEASE EMAIL US AT SHOP@DAMANBAATH.COM  IF YOU’RE UNSURE ABOUT YOUR COUNTRY. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS DUTIES TAXES FEES.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

NO RETURNS/REFUNDS, AS ALL GARMENTS GO INTO PRODUCTION AT THE TIME OF ORDER. EXCHANGES PERMITTED ONLY WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT.  TO PROCESS THE EXCHANGE:

( 1 ) ALL MERCHANDISE MUST ARRIVE TO DAMAN BAATH WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE.

( 2 ) THE MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION, WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND IN GREY DAMAN BAATH BOX UNDAMAGED.

( 3 ) THE MERCHANDISE MUST NOT BE WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED. 

DAMAN BAATH MAY REFUSE ANY EXCHANGES THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH OUR CONDITIONS STATED ABOVE.  YOU MAY USE THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING PACKAGING TO SHIP YOUR ORDER BACK, HOWEVER, BE SURE TO BLACK OUT OR COVER ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING LABELS THAT MAY BE ON YOUR RETURN PACKAGE.  AN EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS AFTER YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED. 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE, WE REQUIRE AN EMAIL TO SHOP@DAMANBAATH.COM WITH: WHAT YOU PURCHASED, ORDER #, ITEM RECEIVED, AND ITEM YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE FOR.

DAMAGES, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

IN THE EVENT AN ITEM IS DELIVERED IN DAMAGED CONDITION, AN EVEN EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED.  DAMAGES MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY RECEIPT.  ITEM MUST BE UNWORN AND UNWASHED WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.  TO CLAIM A DAMAGED ITEM, SEE THE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES SECTION ABOVE.

IF YOU RECEIVED AN ITEM IN ERROR OR ARE MISSING AN ITEM(S) FROM YOUR ORDER, PLEASE EMAIL US AT SHOP@DAMANBAATH.COM WITH SUBJECT LINE “ERROR” AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER.  OUR TEAM WILL REVIEW THE INFORMATION AND CORRECT THE ORDER ASAP.

ORDER CANCELLATION

IF YOU MADE YOUR ORDER IN ERROR AND WISH TO CANCEL IT, PLEASE EMAIL US AT SHOP@DAMANBAATH.COM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH “ORDER CANCELLATION” AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN SUBJECT LINE.  EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO ACCOMMODATE THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT YET SHIPPED.  PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE ITEM HAS SHIPPED, THE ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELED.
